The British Bigfoot is what is known as an anomalous animal, among Cryptozoologysts. as there is not as much room in the UK for a large animal to live, but sightings persist, to this day.

In English, Welsh and Scottish folklore. The "Wildman" was always stated as mystical, and to be respected.

However in modern times, there is little evidence to support a British Bigfoot, although, tracks, dens and hair show a glimpse of possibility, that a British Bigfoot exist.

 Unlike the American and Canadian Sasquatch's, the British Bigfoot is considered a complete and utter joke among the scientific community. There has been no large scale and heavily funded expeditions to find the British Bigfoot, only a few expeditions, with little or no funding, have set out in search of the British Bigfoot.

The sightings are centered in and around Kent, although sightings have been reported all over the UK.

The British Bigfoot is reported to the be 6 - 7ft, a good two feet shorter then the American Sasquatch and the fur/hair is supposed to be a dark black. In the 21st century no one has seen the British Bigfoot up close although a sighting from just after WW2 told us that the British Bigfoot has red eyes but no horrid smell.

Mermaids:

In English, Welsh and Irish folklore there was one creature that would capture the imagination, the Mermaid. half human, half fish, sailors told of how they could help, or hinder you, of how these mystic creatures rescued them from a sinking ship, others told of how half their friends and fellow crew members would be pulled over board then drowned.

however in recent years military and scientists have looked and listened to the deep ocean.
Scientists have found that on a few individual audio tapes an unidentified creature can be heard. On radar strange groups of animals have been spotted, often with whales or dolphins.

The reason some scientists are now on the hunt for Mermaids is due to a body recovered from a sharks stomach in 2001. The body was that of a hominid but the leg bones where fused and there where clear signs that the creature was recovered was aquatic due to the large quantities of ocean minerals found in the bones.

Skeletal remains of Human-like creatures have been found before, inside the stomach of the ancient shark Megaladon (which is suspected of still being alive today).

Mermaids are evolutionary possible, if you ignore the fact early people claimed their lower half was scales.
The proof for this comes from the evolutionary heavy weights, the whales. The Ancestors of whales and dolphins used to live in the trees, along with our ancestors.

Some scientists now be leave that some Australopithecus groups may have spent more time by the see, as see food would have added the growth of the Human brain. this is what also caused us to lose most of our fur/hair.

In English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish folklore there is always talk of Small hominids, that would steal children, ruin crops kill whole family's.

perhaps one of the known species of pygmy humans has clung to survival by eating anything it can, even Homo Sapiens.

Elves, Fairy's and  Nymphs where once portrayed as evil, mischievous creatures which hated humanity. Only a chosen few could or can see these creatures. These people can be found in three distinct groups, those with an open mind, children, those soon to die.

However, there are NO REAL PHOTOGRAPHS of these creatures, although in modern times, there have been many sightings, mainly these sightings consist of seeing pet food stolen or the pet itself being brutally killed by these small creatures.
